Our principles
Nothing is recorded without prior, informed agreement from the person whose space is being cleaned. Consent can be declined or withdrawn at any time.
Before footage is used to train models, identifying details are reduced or removed. ⚠️ Replace with your verified anonymization method and scope.

Where people review footage, it is purpose-bound, logged and minimized — never casual or open-ended browsing.
Customers and their cleaning provider can access the recordings of their own visits at any time.
Footage is used to verify shifts and to train home-robot models — not sold for advertising or unrelated profiling.
Recording is always opt-in. Before any visit is recorded, the customer agrees to it, and that agreement is captured as part of the booking.
Consent can be limited (for example, certain rooms excluded), paused during a visit, or withdrawn entirely. Withdrawing consent does not affect the standard cleaning service.
Footage is associated with a shift for verification and is stored in a secure cloud with limited, logged access.
